What does it cost to use KWANi?

The pricing of KWANi is super simple. No hidden tier increases, no software use charges. We simply charge you $0.20 per customer per month.

We send two dynamically created, customized emails to every customer every month. On your KWANi home screen, you will know exactly how many emails we have sent to your customers, how much these emails have earned you in returning customer sales, and how much your costs will be for the month.

We offer a 30-day free trial of KWANi so you can see how powerful it is to increase your returning customer sales.

What is included in the KWANi email automation platform?

Having everything in one centralized location with data that is integrated will enable deep personalization of all customer outreach. KWANi's customized notification system currently includes the following for dynamically created customized emails:

- Replenish emails - invite customers to repurchase with individualized emails

-Easily integrate your store's brand and voice into emails

-Automatic translation of email outreach into your preferred language

We will continue to expand the notification system with the following emails in Q3 2024:

- Abandoned cart emails - invite customers to finish their transactions with highly individualized emails

What is the purpose of the KWANi app?

The KWANi app has three main purposes:  

To create a truly individualized customer shopping experience. This is based on the first party data the customer shares with you in combination with their prior purchase history and our software's algorithms.

To increase customer retention and lifetime value. This enables you to have reliable revenue with customers with whom you become increasingly familiar. The KWANi algorithms then enable you to upsell and cross-sell truly relevant products and services to customers, further deepening their loyalty and lifetime customer value.

To expand insight into product performance with customers. KWANi has a robust dashboard that keeps track of email performance, customer re-purchase rates, and sales performance of products in your store.

How does the KWANi app work?

The KWANi app is available in the Shopify app store and integrates with your e-commerce store just like any other app from the Shopify app store.

KWANi synchronizes your customer information with your Shopify master catalogue and your customer purchase history enabling you to understand your customers and what they buy on a much deeper level.  

KWANi then automatically creates and sends highly individualized emails to customers to encourage them to repurchase from your store.

KWANi also adds customer information to customer cards and order pages to empower your support team to personalize support calls and emails with customers.

What does KWANi do with my customer's information?

KWANi is very serious about protecting a customer’s personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information (PII) includes the customer’s first & last name, physical address, email, phone number and profile picture.

PII customer and first party data are stored on the secure cloud servers in Microsoft Azure through our parent company, Scollar. This information is stored encrypted in transit to ensure the information is always protected and secure. The non PII data is anonymously aggregated into our ConnectAI system to increase the relevance and accuracy of the insights that KWANi delivers.

What does "Personally Identifiable Information" or PII mean?

Personally identifiable information (PII) means any information that can personally identify a customer. This information includes customer’s first & last name, physical address, email, phone number and profile picture. PII customer information is stored on Scollar’s secure cloud service in Microsoft Azure. This information is stored encrypted in transit to ensure the information is always protected and secure.

Where is my customers' data stored?

Your customer’s data is stored in the KWANi database on our secure servers on Microsoft Azure. This information is stored encrypted in transit to ensure it is always protected and secure. Your customers’ information and order history are stored on Scollar’s secure cloud service in Microsoft Azure.

Your customers can delete their PII at any time and their personal information will immediately be deleted from the KWANi database.

How will KWANi protect my customers' data?

KWANi uses Microsoft Azure to protect all customer information. This information is encrypted in transit and at rest to ensure it is always protected and secure. This information includes customer’s first & last name, physical address, email, and phone number.

Who owns the customer's first party information that KWANi collects?

Your customer owns their personally identifiable information. They can opt out at any time and have their personally identifiable information (PII) and pet profile information immediately removed from KWANi.

Where you previously PetPro AI?

Yes! We used to be PetPro AI. We had so many other e-commerce merchants installing our software that we decided to open our updated version to all e-commerce merchants.
